“After studying to become an agro-engineer, I immediately joined Sano as a specialist consultant. For this job, the ability to explain specialist knowledge in an understandable way is essential, along with presenting customised solutions to farmer’s problems. I learnt about specialist consultation and the Sano consultation concept from the bottom up, in the Sano academy. As a product manager, I am now responsible for design and development of Sano cattle products. I also support training of Sano junior employees and students in the form of specialist presentations and seminars. For me, taking in active role in shaping the success of the company, providing knowledge and bringing other people forward is crucial and Sano gives me that freedom.”
